If you have an extra $740 lying around (and honestly, who doesn’t?) then spring for the beautifully decorated Burdeos Tequila from Patron. This isn’t your typical Anejo (aged over a year) tequila.

Distilled from the finest blue agave, this ultra-premium dark tequila is matured in a blend of American and French oak barrels and aged for a minimum of 12 months. It’s then distilled again in vintage Bordeaux barrels from France. Each unleaded crystal bottle comes in a black walnut box with a special corkscrew and a crystal bee stopper.

The whole package looks almost too good to drink. Let us know how it tastes, because this bad boy is going to sit court-side center at our bar, and unless Frank Sinatra is coming over, no-ones getting a sip.

Oh and don’t make margaritas with it either, you sip anejo tequila neat or on the rocks.

Zeke’s is probably one of my favorite things about Lincoln Road, besides the beautiful South American girls. It’s a beer garden, which mean that it’s chock full crazy imports and micro brews. At $3-$4 a beer, get adventurous, lose the Corona and the Heineken. Try a Spanish Hamburg or a chocolate beer. Seriously, with over 300 beers from around the world, this is the type of place beer aficionados dream about.

Get there early and snag a table outside, because it gets packed early. And I mean PACKED, seriously this place is really popular with the locals and with tourists. Another bummer is it’s cash only policy, which puts a dent in the plans of people like me, who like to imagine their drinking binges as good credit accumulating. It’s right by Pizza Rustica, so grab a slice, buy a beer, and people watch the hell out of Lincoln road.

Chimay Blue is probably one of the better parts of going to an over-priced lounge filled with downtown hipsters and euro-trash. It’s probably one of the best beers in existence and, get this, it’s made by monks. Belgian Trappist monks to be exact, and these God-fearing, beatific brewsters know exactly what they are doing. Chimay Blue, my personal favorite out of all the Chimay products, is one hell of beer. It has a copper-brown color and a creamy head, with various notes of peppery and fruity flavors. At 9% abv, this is not a beer for chugging, or even drinking out of the bottle. You gotta pour this baby into a gourmet glass and then soak in the ambiance of this glorious ale. Great for dinner parties or for being the classiest guy at the bar.
